Winchester Australia Gear Store - Decibullz Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter The promoter is Winchester Australia Gear Store, operated by Winchester Australia. Website: winchesteraustraliagear.com
2. Eligibility The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Winchester Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period The competition opens on 13th May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 27th May 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter To enter, participants must during the competition period: (a) follow the Winchester Australia Gear Store page on Instagram or Facebook; (b) like the competition post; and (c) tag at least one person in the comments of the competition post. Each valid tag of a different person constitutes one entry. Multiple tags are permitted.
5. Prize Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) pair of Decibullz Custom Moulded Earplugs. The recommended retail value of each prize is approximately A$79.95. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. The draw will take place on or around 1st June 2026.
7. Winner Notification Winners will be announced in the comments of the competition post and contacted via direct message on the platform they entered through. Winners must respond with their details within 48 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternative winner will be drawn.
8. Delivery Prizes will be shipped to an Australian address provided by the winner. Winchester Australia Gear Store is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed in transit.
9. Privacy Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the prize.
10. Platform Release This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms (Instagram or Facebook). Participants release Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion. Any questions or complaints must be directed to Winchester Australia Gear Store, not to Meta.
11. General Winchester Australia Gear Store reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions, or that is found to be fraudulent. Winchester Australia Gear Store reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances require. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
